Responsibilities
• Lead From the Front: Own full-cycle recruiting across your vertical remaining hands-on in sourcing, qualifying, and closing top-tier talent • Build & Develop Teams: Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters driving performance, accountability, and professional growth • Drive Delivery Excellence: Ensure speed, precision, and quality across all searches setting a high bar for candidate experience and client satisfaction • Own Client Outcomes: Partner closely with Business Development to understand client needs and deliver consistently against expectations • Scale Recruiting Infrastructure: Implement best practices, workflows, and process improvements to increase efficiency and output across your team • Operate as a Market Expert: Bring real-time talent market insights, compensation data, and competitive intelligence to every search and client interaction • Pipeline With Discipline: Maintain a structured, data-driven approach to candidate pipelines, activity tracking, and performance metrics
