Trace3 - Jr. Account Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. • One to three years of experience in technology sales, business development, consulting, customer success, military leadership, or other customer-facing professional roles. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and align technology solutions to desired business outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development. • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce and standard Microsoft Office productivity tools. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Willingness to travel as business needs require. • Experience supporting or selling into the U.S. Federal Government market. • Familiarity with Federal procurement processes and contract vehicles. • Working knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, AI, data platforms, or managed services. • Experience working with leading technology partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Dell Technologies, Pure Storage, Nutanix, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise technology providers. • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies. • Active U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one. • LOCATION: Remote, but prefer candidates in Colorado • LOCATION: • SALARY RANGE: $ 50,000 to $ 60,000 + Commission ($67,000 OTE, DOE)
