Zone & Co - Functional Consultant, EMEA
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry • Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in areas such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications • Understanding of business processes and ability to analyse and document complex requirements • Project management skills • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Fluency in English required; additional European languages such as German and/or French a plus • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers • Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free • Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the domain • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed • Document processes, configurations, and customisations for future reference • Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal - development • Other duties as prescribed - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
