Requirements

• 10+ years of related professional experience with 3+ years focused in marketing analytics • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field with strong quantitative foundation • Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, funnel optimization) and experience working with paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) • Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.) • Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, dashboarding, results interpretation, and goal setting • Experience setting up Multi-Touch Attribution solutions • Experience building processes around data standardization, goaling and reporting • A proven ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy, using effective communication to aid storytelling, influence executive-level stakeholders, and guide decisions that drive revenue and growth • Experience within a fast-paced, marketplace-focused, high-growth startup environment with the ability to handle dynamic analytical priorities • Proficiency with Python/R (or similar programing tools) for analytics and scripting • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technical tools for marketing analytics • We're serious about your well-being!
