• Healthcare experience is required—ideally behavioral health, but adjacent provider-side healthcare works. You should already understand how provider organizations buy, who sits on the committee, and why clinical and finance leaders evaluate the same product differently. • 4–8 years across marketing, growth, or BD—ideally at a startup where you built the function rather than inherited it. • Ownership of a demand-generation number, not just campaign execution, and the analytical discipline to kill what isn't working. • Strong writing. Most of what you produce is read by a customer or partner without you in the room. • Willingness to be in the room—conferences, customer calls, partner meetings—not just behind the plan. • Bias toward closing loops.
