Requirements

Responsibilities
• Hire, oversee, and train a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) • Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs, cater strategically to each prospect, and handle potential objections • Motivate your team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives to meet all goals • Provide growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives • Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team
