Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative agency and possibly brand marketing experience at large consumer brands. • Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid); experience managing social-first brand marketing campaigns is a plus • Experience working with national and/or global client teams and partner agency teams • Entrepreneurial spirit. Thrive in uncertainty and ambiguously-defined roles. Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and delivering joy to assigned accounts with minimum accountability for revenue of $1M-3M per year • Deeply understand and intuit the client’s needs and develop strategies to meet their business objectives; support and grow projects and processes from beginning to end • Work closely with all client team members; participate in defining account plans, needs, KPI’s and translate these requests with clear briefs/direction to the internal teams • Support intake and new business growth as needed • Build and refine client presentations, strategies and concepts • Ensure project alignment with internal key team members to kick off projects • Oversee client paperwork (service agreements, SOWs, invoices, etc.) • Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients/accounts. • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly and monthly revenue forecasts; track and maintain growth and status
