• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment. • Advanced Tool Fluency: High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite—you don't just use these tools, you know how to configure and optimize them. • Process Builder: Proven experience building operational processes from scratch, rather than just maintaining inherited workflows. • Cross-Functional Execution: A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization and successfully delivering complex projects on time. • Communication & Transparency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong bias toward proactive documentation and expectation management. • Adaptability & Focus: High attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, and the comfort to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. • Experience managing creative production workflows (copy, design, video). • Experience in fintech, consumer apps, or subscription-based businesses. • The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or benefits for which an individual may be eligible.
