Binance - Social & Community Operation Specialist

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong focus on localization to effectively engage the target audience in Taiwan. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, LINE, TikTok). • Moderate the local Binance forums, social platform and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement. • Expand Binance’s influence locally through online/offline collaborations. Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities. • Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups. • Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and bonding. • Help with translations and proofread content. • Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in HQ. • Stay informed on trends in digital technology and the crypto space. • Experience in leveraging social media analytics to optimize campaigns and drive community growth. • Skilled in creating culturally relevant and engaging content tailored to local trends and preferences. • Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence. • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter). • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to adjust strategies with the team as needed. • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures. • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible. • Business level fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support overseas local and overseas stakeholders.
