Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus • Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement • Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through referral or partner-driven motions • Cross-functional expertise across the full sales lifecycle, with a proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue • Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth • Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• PARTNER OWNERSHIP & GROWTH • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to overall team pipeline and revenue goals • Build and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships with partners • Identify opportunities to deepen and evolve partner engagement over time • GO-TO-MARKET & PIPELINE GENERATION • Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, joint initiatives, and partner activation • Own visibility into partner performance, including pipeline contribution, engagement, and outcomes • Engage in deal cycles where partners are involved, ensuring alignment and coordination to move opportunities forward • PARTNER LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT • Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned to Virtuous’ ideal partner profile • Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement to ensure partners are equipped to successfully position Virtuous • Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive accountability • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP • Act as the cross-functional lead for partner initiatives, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, on priorities to maximize partner impact • Ensure consistent and coordinated communication with partners to avoid duplication and deliver a seamless experience • Bring partner and market insights back into the organization to inform product, GTM, and ecosystem strategy
