Requirements

• Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices, also directly involved in IT Operations; • Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English; • Software quality and test automation mindset; • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition; • Ability to translate complex billing/revenue issues into clear, actionable findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed up data analysis, documentation, and day-to-day operations; • Proactive and collaborative team player; • Knowing the internal Wellhub business workflow is a plus. • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
