Box - Sales Development Representative
Requirements
• Strong interest in transitioning to a role in outbound sales • Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment • Experience in engaging with customers and adept at resolving challenges effectively • Strong relationship-building abilities • Strong communication skills and proven ability to identify potential customer opportunities • Previous experience in a lead generation role or sales • Track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on meeting specific metrics • Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities
• Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via our sales channels and respond promptly to their inquiries • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and marketing efforts aimed at creating business opportunities • Foster connections with a wide range of clientele and encourage discussions about Box solutions • Demonstrate attentive listening skills when understanding customer requirements and articulating how Box can meet those needs effectively • Meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth consistently • Adhere to Box’s standards when using the Salesforce system while also providing lead metrics • Occasionally close deals yourself with smaller organisations
