OpenPayd - Sales Development Representative

• Minimum of 1-3 years within the Financial Services / Payments/BAAS/Modern Treasury / SAAS industry • You will be qualifying and disqualifying new business opportunities, conducting conversations by phone as well as online or physical meetings and events • You will be delivering solution presentations/demos to potential clients together with the Sales Managers • Proven track record of successful full sales cycle execution and delivering against revenue targets • Experience of successfully managing sales engagements/handling 1st stage of sales cycle • Understanding of the payments ecosystem, trends and innovative payments solutions • Ability to handle objections and the present the product and business in the best way • A passion for the industry; an ongoing interest in the development of the industry and, most importantly drive to deliver • Experience using Salesforce, working in a start-up or FinTech company are all beneficial • You can think creatively about how best to engage new customers • Excellent communication and numeracy skills with the ability to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing • Adept at facilitating discussions to resolve client objections • Able to demonstrate a high degree of passion and energy whilst maintaining a positive outlook
