Requirements
• Proven ability (or strong demonstrated potential) to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong, creative, and assertive communication skills—both written and verbal. • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. • Hard-working, self-motivated, and driven to achieve excellence. • Highly coachable with an openness to feedback and continuous development. • Learning Objectives: • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. • Build expertise in prospecting best practices, account prioritization, and time management. • Develop a strong understanding of Strider’s sales methodology, MEDDPICC, and how it drives successful deal execution.
Responsibilities
• Find and nurture highly impactful relationships with security executives across Fortune 500 companies and emerging companies creating highly targeted technology. • Execute strategic outbound sales activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) with a strong emphasis on personalization and value-driven messaging. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure strong data hygiene and pipeline visibility. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and execute account plans for high-priority targets. • Support administrative and operational tasks that enable overall sales team success.
