Requirements

• Proven experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation • Strong understanding of carrier procurement and load coverage strategies • Existing carrier relationships and network preferred • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously • Self-motivated mindset with a focus on service, execution, and growth

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with carriers across multiple modes and markets • Source capacity and match qualified carriers to customer freight • Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maximizing load profitability • Manage load coverage from tender through delivery • Develop a reliable carrier network and ensure high service levels • Resolve transportation issues and proactively communicate updates • Collaborate with brokers, account managers, and operations teams to support customer needs
