• 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a professional related healthcare field is required. • Working knowledge of Epic Clarity database; Clarity/Cogito certification (or equivalent) is required. • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or technology-related field of study (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Informatics). • Previous experience executing analytics with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Spark, PySpark, Scala) with deployment via notebook tools (e.g., Jupyter, Zeppelin) • Proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and basic transformations. • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying quantitative techniques to identify trends, diagnose issues, and developing evidence-based recommendations. • Skilled collaborator who partners effectively with client teams to frame data challenges, co-develop solutions, and substantiate recommendations with data-driven insights. • Proven ability to independently manage workstreams or projects, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and exceptional attention to detail. • Strong understanding of organizational KPIs and the ability to link analytics and recommendations to strategic performance goals. • Salary range: $104,000-$135,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
