Responsibilities
• Market & Customer Research • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs. • Help build customer profiles and buyer personas. • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. • Support win/loss analysis and customer insight projects. • Product Marketing Support • Assist in developing product messaging and value propositions. • Help communicate product benefits in a clear and engaging way. • Support product launches and go-to-market activities. • Content & Sales Enablement • Create and maintain product presentations, sales materials, and customer-facing content. • Support the production of case studies, blogs, webinars, and marketing collateral. • Help ensure consistent product messaging across different channels. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Support projects that improve customer experience and product adoption. • Contribute ideas and insights that help drive product and business growth.
