Requirements
• You bring 10+ years of experience across product marketing, category marketing, commercial roles, strategy consulting, or high-growth scale-up environments — ideally in sports nutrition, FMCG, VMS, or consumer health • You have a proven track record of owning and scaling business areas or categories with clear impact on revenue, margin and performance • You understand how to translate product, pricing, promotion and channel decisions into category-level outcomes • You have experience operating across multiple European markets and understand local differences in consumers, channels and execution • You ideally bring a background in top-tier consulting, leading FMCG, or high-performance e-commerce environments • You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus • You’ll Thrive If You • Think and act like a future GM — you take end-to-end ownership for business outcomes • Operate with a strong bias for ownership, speed and accountability — as if you were running your own business • Make clear, commercially driven decisions, balancing growth, profitability and focus • Turn strategy into concrete execution, from portfolio and pricing to channel activation • Are energized by ambiguity and enjoy building structure, clarity and scalable models from scratch • Bring the commercial edge to challenge complexity and value-destructive promotions • Have a strong curiosity for the VMS / sports nutrition category and how it evolves across markets
