Requirements
• 3-6 years in B2B sales, BD, or partnerships in the UAE, selling financial products to SME finance teams: CFOs, finance directors, or treasury heads. • Working knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, or business banking products and the real problems they solve for SMEs. • Track record of building pipeline and closing deals in environments where the product and the playbook didn't exist yet. • Can operate without a playbook. You write them. • Bias for execution: you prospect, qualify, run discovery, and close — and you log what you learned before the day ends. • Based in the UAE, with existing presence in its business or financial services ecosystem. • Strong advantages: Arabic language skills, a network across UAE logistics, import/export, or professional services sectors.
