You must have the confidence to negotiate with German stakeholders and interview international executives. • Sourcing Professional: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing across global platforms (GitHub, X, and industry-specific networks). • AI-Native & Automation-Focused: You are highly comfortable using AI tools to scale research and personalizing outreach. You have a natural aptitude for navigating APIs and building efficient lead-generation workflows. • Executive Presence: You possess the gravitas to be the first point of contact for high-level leaders, engaging them with a sophisticated and professional "voice." • Data-Driven Strategist: You track conversion rates like a sales funnel, using A/B testing on subject lines and content to constantly optimize your results. • Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of the nuances in compensation, notice periods, and candidate expectations across the DACH region and North American markets. • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with a specific track record in Executive Search or Internal Sourcing for high-growth tech companies.
