• Coordinate monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries • Act as a key contact for external payroll providers • Make sure payroll is delivered accurately and on time • Carry out validations, reconciliations, and checks before payroll is finalized • Help ensure payroll follows local regulations and internal processes • Support audits by keeping documentation clear and up to date • Help build and improve payroll processes as we grow into new countries • Create clear workflows and documentation so our ways of working can scale • Work with payroll data from HiBob and ensure inputs are accurate and complete • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors • Step in as backup to the Global Payroll Manager when needed
