You’re an engineer who leads, not just a leader of engineers; opportunities to look at the code and talk through it with someone on the team are cherished. • You build observable systems and enjoy digging into the details to solve performance and user experience issues. • You understand the value of pursuing tooling and automation that allows Engineering teams to remain small, nimble, and high-performing. • You see enablement as a strategic lever, knowing that a 10% improvement across every team member creates exponential value for the business • You're both a student and a teacher, continually seeking to grow as an engineer and help those around you grow as well. You meet your engineering peers where they are, showing – not telling – them a better way. • You thrive in a growing organization, and are not afraid of a challenging problem. In fact, you confront problems head on and take the lead on the solution.
