• Develop product positioning and messaging that translates technical capabilities into differentiated customer value. • Own the editorial calendar and set the marketing narrative and priorities. • Shape launch strategies by defining the customer problem, audience, messaging, proof points, and story. • Write and edit content across the website, product pages, email, blogs, social media, presentations, and sales materials. • Work with executives to turn their expertise into compelling posts, videos, panels, and interviews. • Interview customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to bring customer language and buying insights into marketing. • Direct video and content strategy, define creative hooks, and present on camera when appropriate. • Create sales enablement narratives that explain products at brief, mid-level, and enterprise depth. • Monitor competitors and the AI market, and use performance marketing insights to strengthen messaging.
