Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role and a demonstrated ability to learn and thrive in front of a diverse audience in a very technical environment • 3+ years hands-on experience with building AI/ML solutions (e.g. advanced analytics, predictive analytics, GenAI-powered applications) • Can prototype: Build and demo agentic applications in Dataiku or elsewhere, not just slides. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you produce tangible artifacts that make ideas testable. • Ability to engage with business leaders and influence decisions • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • What are you waiting for! • At Dataiku, you'll be part of a journey to shape the ever-evolving world of AI. We're not just building a product; we're crafting the future of AI. If you're ready to make a significant impact in a company that values innovation, collaboration, and your personal growth, we can't wait to welcome you to Dataiku! And if you’d like to learn even more about working here, you can visit our Dataiku LinkedIn page.
Responsibilities
• Embed with strategic customers to run structured discovery (interviews, async collaboration, or on-site visits) to surface unmet needs before they're obvious to competitors. • Analyze usage and customer data to identify gaps and opportunities to enhance customer success and to deliver new capabilities with distinct business value propositions, ultimately contributing to the company's financial goals. • Analyze market forces and competition, engage with industry analysts and Dataiku teams to execute on Dataiku’s product strategy. Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to align and deliver on product positioning messages. • Build working prototypes (UI mockups, agentic pipeline demos, opportunity memos) to validate hypotheses with customers before engineering commits. • Synthesize field signals across accounts to distinguish incremental customer requests from genuine innovation opportunities (net new capabilities that would be core additions to the platform.) • Define and champion innovation initiatives from discovery through to launch, at which point ownership transitions to Technical Product Managers for ongoing improvements and maintenance. • At launch, partner with Technical Product Managers to produce enablement material for internal customers (Product Marketing and GTM Enablement) ensuring new capabilities and big delighters land with the right positioning, messaging, and field readiness. • Maintain the product backlog for the initiatives you own, constantly anticipating and aligning with the global product strategy and the software engineering delivery capacity. • Participate in the development, maintenance and education on the AI/ML roadmap. Articulate your team’s technology vision, requirements, goals and milestones to stakeholders. • Managing the full lifecycle of every feature you touch, your focus ends when a capability reaches steady state. You will focus on product discovery and prioritization to maximize value creation and minimize the risk of shipping the right solution to the wrong problem, not on managing maintenance priorities or driving small incremental improvements to existing capabilities. • Product management focused on feature development, you work closely with your Technical Product Managers (PO) counterparts to ensure the engineering team gets what they need to deliver the capability at the right time, you do not dive into technical analysis. • Shipping production solutions to customers. You build prototypes and demos to get clarity about the problem customers face or to support compelling roadmap presentations. • Being evaluated on ARR. Example of success metrics are # of validated opportunities that made it into engineering commit, NPS of sessions with customers, time from discovery to roadmap entry.
