• Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, broker, wallet, or Web3 product, preferably with a focus on retail users.
• Strong understanding of retail user behavior, trading journeys, and what drives activation, retention, and volume among retail audiences.
• Hands-on experience building retail user growth funnels from 0 → 1, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing partner management.
• Solid knowledge of crypto ecosystems: KOLs, affiliate programs, communities, API traders, influencers, etc.
• English fluency is required; multilingual ability is a strong plus.
• Crypto-native mindset: you follow market trends, understand user psychology, and stay current with industry narratives.
