Requirements
• Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. You’ll already be comfortable using AI tools in practical ways to help solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality of work, showing good judgement about when to use them and the ability to explain the reasoning behind that use. • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience beyond Paid Search and Paid Social, with a track record of building and scaling at least one channel from an early stage (e.g. Native Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, direct placements, programmatic, or affiliate). • Strong analytical skills – you're comfortable turning campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations. • Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a solid understanding of test design and statistical significance. • A builder mindset: you're energised by setting up channels and measurement frameworks where little or nothing exists yet. • Fluent in German (required – essential for the DE market, publisher relationships, and creative work). • Fluent in English (company working language). • Experience in fintech, lending, or another regulated industry. • Familiarity with offline attribution modelling. • Experience working with or managing external media partners and publishers.
Benefits
• We expect to pay from £45,000 – £65,000 for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application.
