Requirements

• 1-2 years of Sales/ SDR experience, also including roles held during university studies • Receptive towards feedback, coupled with an appetite for personal growth • Gifted at engaging with potential new clients via a multi-channel approach • Motivated to meet and surpass targets • Inspired to contribute to a vision and community that extends beyond individual ambitions • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English • Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People: • As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity. Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion; • Strike a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements; • Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling communications; • Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to converse with our client persona, guiding them on how Elastic solutions can meet their objectives and drive their businesses forward.
