• 6–8 years of commercial strategy, trade marketing, category management or key account management within FMCG, CPG, sports/active nutrition or wellness. • Direct experience with major retailers in the UK and/or Benelux and possibly already a multi-market or regional experience. • Comfort working cross-functionally and cross-culturally with a German HQ team; German language skills are a plus but not required. • Strong analytical skills, with experience owning commercially relevant KPIs and turning data into action, combined with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across markets and functions without direct authority. • Based in the UK or the Netherlands, with willingness to travel regularly to Hamburg and across the International market cluster. • Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
