Engine - Commercial Counsel

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on commercial contracts experience, either in-house or at a firm with an established commercial transactional practice, backed by a J.D. with an active bar admission in good standing. Prior experience in fintech or travel technology is a plus. • Skills: You're a pragmatic negotiator with deep working knowledge of partnership, distribution, SaaS, and vendor contracts, and you're comfortable translating legal risk into business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience with data processing agreements, government contracting, or international / cross-border commercial work, or supporting M&A commercial diligence is a plus. • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you've worked with a CLM platform (Ironclad, LinkSquares, Docusign CLM, or similar) and can help us continue to build and optimize contract automation and workflows. • Mindset: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, own a broad book of contracts across the enterprise, partner with the business without becoming a bottleneck, and drive practical solutions that move deals forward. • Applications for this role will be accepted through November 30th, 2026 or until the role is filled.
