Requirements
• Confident communicator; strong written and verbal skills are critical. • Self-starter, capable of staying focused in a fast-paced sales environment; can manage time effectively and work independently. • Ability to sell, influence, and negotiate with prospects to move through the sales process. • Ability to effectively multi-thread within an account to sell wide and high to key stakeholders. • Experience working in a start-up environment or ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment. • Additional preferred experience: • Knowledge of the payments and/or gaming industry • Experience selling into the Greater China Region • Business proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken. • Sales experience within high-growth software environments selling a technical product or selling into a technical buyer. • 4+ years quota carrying sales experience, in payments/payment solutions or ecommerce software. • Demonstrated consistent performance in a prior new business role with top performer results. • Sales tech stack experience: Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, 6sense, Loom/Soapbox. • GSuite products and online business tools. • Bachelor's degree, marketing or business preferred. • FastSpring is an EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY/AFFIRMATIVE ACTION employer. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies to generate awareness and pipeline for FastSpring across SaaS, software, gaming, and digital product markets. • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts; build account engagement strategies to penetrate complex organizations. • Lead disciplined, multi-channel prospecting (calls, personalized email, video, social) and continuously refine messaging to improve conversion. • Partner strategically with Account Executives to map stakeholders, coordinate outreach, and deliver high-quality meetings aligned with ICP and revenue priorities. • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, capturing engagement insights and tracking account progression. • Navigate early conversations with senior stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and position FastSpring’s value effectively. • Contribute to outbound playbooks by testing new approaches, sharing best practices, and elevating team prospecting standards. • Represent FastSpring at industry events to expand market awareness and generate strategic pipeline opportunities.
