Requirements

• Senior commercial leadership in space, defence, data or deep-tech B2B • A track record of building a team and growing revenue from an early stage • Experience selling to both commercial and government customers • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills • A data-as-a-service or subscription business • The PNT, space situational awareness or Earth observation markets • International sales • Eligibility for UK security clearance

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy, targets and forecast • Build and lead the sales and business development team • Close and manage strategic accounts • Shape pricing, packaging and contracting with the founders • Build the sales process, CRM discipline and reporting • Represent Foundational with customers, partners and investors
