Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience in healthcare or public sector/labor solutions, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role. • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue quotas. • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale sales teams while working cross-functionally. • In-depth knowledge of the Taft-Hartley market, health & welfare fund operations, collective bargaining strategies, and public sector procurement processes. • A robust network of relationships with key stakeholders: brokers, health plans, coalitions, funds, and government entities.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
