Requirements
• 15+ years of relevant design experience. • Minimum 7+ years of previous experience managing a team(s) of 15+ designers • A world-class portfolio demonstrating design strategy and systems for consumer-facing products at scale. • Proven experience driving company-wide strategic initiatives and XFN roadmapping with significant business impact. • Ability to build solutions from first principles in ambiguous situations and elevate the performance of the entire Leadership Team. • A strong sense of user empathy. • Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best product.
Responsibilities

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $282,200 - $395,100 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
