Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, Mobile/AdTech, Gaming, or Data Analytics platforms. • Regional Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of APAC business culture, go-to-market dynamics, and competitive market intelligence across key Asian markets. • Analytical & Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex, data-heavy products into engaging, and value-driven commercial stories. • Communication & Influence: A natural communicator and presenter with strong cross-cultural skills, capable of energizing internal sales teams and influencing global HQ stakeholders. • Ownership & Agility: Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage priorities independently within a fast-paced, matrixes environment. • English & Japanese (Required): Business-level written and verbal proficiency is essential for creating client-facing assets, conducting competitive research, and delivering in-house training for HQ and regional teams. • Chinese (Nice to have): Native or professional proficiency is a strong plus. • Work Authorization • Must have valid work authorization and currently reside in Japan, Singapore, or China. Responsibilities
• APAC Market Positioning & Messaging: Tailor global product value propositions into localized, highly relevant messaging that resonates with APAC enterprises, app publishers, gaming studios, and agencies. • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis against local/regional market research and data providers in APAC; build actionable battlecards and positioning strategies for sales. • Customer Use Case & Collateral Development: Partner with regional sales and other APAC marketing members to uncover, build, and showcase APAC-specific customer use cases, ROI stories, and localized collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies). • Product Evangelism & Feature Launches: Serve as the APAC product evangelist to champion HQ's product vision locally. Timely translate global product roadmaps and new feature releases into inspiring, value-driven rollouts for the commercial team to ensure rapid adoption. • Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver regular training and enablement sessions for regional Sales, BDR, and Account teams on localized objection handling, pitch framework execution, competitor battlecards, and APAC-specific deal support.
