This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and embed a structured cost improvement framework, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify, quantify and realise opportunities across the project lifecycle. • Our Purpose (Why we exist): Inspiring new ways to help shape our construction industry. • Our Purpose • Our Ambition (What we want to achieve): Re-imagine project controls through a digital lens, being the obvious choice for clients and the place to grow together with intention. • Our Ambition • · At CMR you will have the opportunity to professionally develop like nowhere you have worked before. • · If you demonstrate the capability, our merit based system will enable you to develop fast. • · We use our in-house capability matrix to transparently track your progression and highlight development areas. • · Join our small, dynamic team where every member has the chance to make a significant impact, shaping the future direction of our company and making a real difference. • · We believe in rewarding our team for their achievements, celebrating our successes but equally helping each other when things are tough. • You'll • · Lead the development and implementation of a structured cost improvement framework across the Programme. • · Establish procedures, processes, tools, reporting and training to support consistent delivery of cost improvement activity. • · Work closely with Project Controls, Delivery, Finance, HR and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with existing processes. • · Facilitate cost improvement workshops and reviews with multidisciplinary teams. • · Identify, quantify, track and report potential and realised cost efficiencies, value opportunities and avoided cost impacts across the programme lifecycle. • · Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as finance, engineering, project management or construction. • · Proven experience implementing processes and systems on large, complex infrastructure projects. • · Strong understanding of Project Controls and cost management principles. • · Experience facilitating workshops and working with multidisciplinary teams. • · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • · Delivery-focused and solutions-driven mindset. • Desirable skill: • · Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience. • · Experience within Project Controls assurance activities. • · Knowledge of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts. • · Professional membership such as AACE, APM or PMI. • · Experience working in nuclear or highly regulated environments. • 🔹 At CMR we have a strong culture driven by our 9 Core Principles.
