Rithum LinkedIn Board - Senior Product Marketer
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management. • Relevant experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), enterprise software – ecommerce tech, retail tech is a plus. • Ability to distill complex topics into value propositions, concepts, visuals, terms and phrases that resonate with the core buyer persona. • Experience developing positioning, messaging, and differentiation from the buyer’s perspective. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills including the ability to create a full product marketing bill of material and deliver effective presentations to internal and external audiences. • Strong project management skills, including ability to own projects from start to finish. • The ability to work autonomously across internal stakeholders. • The ability to influence others and be a strong, consistent, and clear voice at the table. • Proven success working with product management to support product strategy, direction and launches. • A demonstrated history of partnering with sales to drive pipelines and increase win rates. • A sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills. • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate content development, analyze market and competitive insights, and enhance go-to-market execution. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field; or relevant experience in lieu of degree • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related field. • Experience in retail media or technical advertising. Experience at a digital marketing agency is a plus. • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry, B2B Commerce, B2C Commerce, Marketplaces, Dropship, Third Party (3P) retailing. • Knowledge of merchandising, ecommerce, and retail supply chain management. • Knowledge of networked, two-sided business models and data integration value propositions. • Experience working in product marketing roles at scaled tech companies.

Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives. • For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
