• 5+ years of social media or brand marketing experience, with increasing ownership of strategy • A portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and strategic structure—you can write a sharp caption and a quarterly content brief • Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including how each platform's algorithm, culture, and content norms differ • Ability to use data to develop hypotheses, not just report backwards; you know what to measure, why it matters, and how to explain it simply • Experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, parenting, or family-facing brand environments • Huckleberry Labs is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
