Requirements

• Relationships inside dental or adjacent healthcare markets a plus • High activity, high urgency mentality • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch with minimal hand-holding • Knows how to work the tools — CRM, outreach sequences, LinkedIn, list building — you are self-sufficient operationally • Conference presence — you know how to work a room and you possess the important ability to follow up • Outcome-based mindset — you want upside because you believe in where this is going • Startup mentality — you will wear more hats than your title suggests and that motivates you

Responsibilities

• Source and close SMB practices and smaller, multi-site groups across dental, vision, derm, and other healthcare verticals as we expand • Work implant, full arch, OMS, perio, and multi-specialty practices • Own your pipeline end to end — prospecting, outreach, demos, close, and handoff • Keep CRM updated, manage your own sequences, and pull your own lists — you do not need someone to build the infrastructure around you • Represent Endeavor at conferences, industry events, and trade shows • Bring new ideas and new relationships to the team proactively • Report directly to the founder and work alongside a tight team across sales, CS, engineering and product
