• Consider e.l.f. marketing calendar and consumer mindset, trends and seasonal opportunities • Assist with writing creative copy, fit for social media and embodying the e.l.f. and local market tone of voice • Monitor cultural, beauty, and digital trends to fuel creative thinking and keep e.l.f. at the forefront of the conversation • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Social Media PR, Paid Media, Creative, and Retail, to ensure consistent storytelling and amplification. • Be confident filming and self-filming for e.l.f. social channels if and when required, to support wider business need e.g. in-store moments, product reviews, trends and retailer collaborations • 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting marketing campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition • Fluent in German and English • Beauty industry background is an advantage • Ability to think creatively, build compelling, fresh ideas based in telling a rich brand narrative • Ability to leverage consumer insights & data to inform innovation pipeline and growth opportunities. • Able to work in fast-paced environment, with cross functional partners in multiple geographies, while also demonstrating calm under pressure • Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills; able to convey thoughts clearly through compelling PowerPoint presentations; able to present with poise, confidence & enthusiasm at an executive level • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple outputs concurrently under time constraints • Genuine passion for beauty and following beauty trends; among the first to know about new beauty launches • Ability to travel across Europe • Title: Marketing Coordinator - EMEA • Status: Full-time, Permanent • Department: Marketing • Location: Germany • Reporting Relationship: Marketing Manager - EMEA • The base salary range for this role is listed above. • Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals.
