In Office Mid NA QA Engineer Reporting Salesforce CRM Management Vector Gong

Responsibilities

• Own GTM Engineering initiatives from conception to delivery. • Identify, scope, and prioritize GTM Engineering opportunities with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and delivery plans. • Run GTM Engineering like product releases: design, build, QA, launch, measure, iterate. • Build scalable automations and workflows across the GTM stack. • Maintain Clay workflows for enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and trigger-based actions. • Automate manual tasks that slow down revenue teams (research, list building, enrichment, lead management, CRM hygiene). • Implement workflow orchestration across systems (Salesforce + intent tools + conversation intelligence + engagement tools). • Create and operationalize an intent/signals engine.

The salary range is $109,065 - $145,420 for this role. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
