Reach3 Insights - Associate Research Director
Requirements
• 6-8 years of relevant market research experience, preferably within a supplier-side organization, supported by a university or college degree. • Hands-on experience across quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaire and discussion guide design, project management, data analysis and visualization, report writing, market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-service orientation and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. • An analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with strong logic, reasoning, numeric, and problem-solving skills, plus curiosity about new technologies and research approaches. • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and timelines while maintaining high-quality work. • A positive and collaborative leadership approach, with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the broader business. • Supplier-side market research experience and exposure to sophisticated quantitative and qualitative methodologies, online research platforms, and technology-enabled research approaches. • Experience working in market research, insights, or research consulting environments, including managing strategic client relationships and end-to-end research projects. • Why Reach3 for your next career adventure? • At Reach3, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
