Socure - Senior Product Marketing Manager
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, ideally within identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, fintech, RegTech, or a related technology space. • Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling customer value. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights, market trends, and performance data. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and shifting priorities. • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. • Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. • Experience bringing technology products to market within identity, fraud, compliance, document verification, fintech, RegTech, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure's document verification products in the market. • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategies and content. • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels. • Create sales enablement materials, such as presentations, datasheets, and FAQs, tailored to document verification solutions. • Track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. • Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral, highlighting document verification product impact. • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives. • Champion Socure's leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives.
