Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with SME business operators by phone ahead of their business insurance renewal date to offer a better alternative. • Master the art of the pitch—navigating gatekeepers, articulating our value proposition, and turning objections into opportunities for our brokers to help them. • Manage your pipeline end-to-end within our HubSpot CRM, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and proactive follow-ups so that no opportunity is missed. • Collaborate closely with our in-house brokers and wider team to turn early customer feedback into insights that refine our product offering and sales strategy.
