You will do well here if you have: • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role • Experience coaching sellers in live deals, not only delivering formal training • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and the ability to coach them in real customer situations • A data-driven approach to identifying performance gaps and measuring impact • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex selling concepts • An AI-forward mindset that embraces technology to increase coaching scale and effectiveness • What Sets You Apart • Experience supporting both new-business and account management or expansion motions • Built onboarding or certification programs that measurably improved ramp time • Coached SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments • Familiarity with conversation intelligence, AI coaching platforms, and modern enablement technology • A reputation for developing top performers and raising the middle of the performance curve
