Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong experience in leading software development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products. • Strong technical background in software development, with experience in Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers. • Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and automated testing. • We value diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of engineering managers and their squads to deliver high-quality software products. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering teams, ensuring that the teams are aligned with the company's technical vision and strategy. • Define and drive the technical direction, architecture, and roadmap of our products. • Collaborate with product management to ensure that our products meet customer needs and business objectives. • Work closely with quality assurance to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality and reliability. • Ensure that the engineering team is using best practices in software development, including agile development methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and automated testing. • Hire and develop top engineering talent, and engineering managers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Help to grow individual engineering managers to lead their teams.
