Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent experience. • 2+ years in knowledge management, content management, or information architecture. • 2+ years • Hands-on experience with SharePoint or similar content management platforms. • Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and content organization. • Excellent written communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Experience with AI/ML concepts, especially RAG or knowledge retrieval systems. • Familiarity with AWS (S3, Bedrock) or similar cloud platforms. • Experience creating content governance frameworks. • Background in insurance, financial services, or similar industries. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools beyond SharePoint (Teams, Power Platform). • Information architecture, technical aptitude, communication and training skills, attention to detail, curiosity about AI, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment. • As an organization, we are tremendously optimistic about the future and have incredibly high expectations for our people and our performance. Responsibilities
• Cold Calling Prospects: Learn to effectively cold call potential clients, introducing them to our services and identifying their insurance needs. • Cold Calling Prospects: • Client Meetings: Travel to client meetings with experienced sales professionals, observing and participating in discussions to understand client requirements and how to address them. • Client Meetings: • Industry Knowledge: Dive into industry knowledge by researching market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. This will help you understand the landscape and better serve our clients. • Industry Knowledge: • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies, learning how to tailor approaches to different clients and situations. • Sales Strategies: • Training Sessions: Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the insurance industry. • Training Sessions: • Networking: Build connections with clients, industry professionals, C&B executives, and fellow interns through networking events and social activities. • Networking: • People We Hire: Your major doesn’t matter to us.
