Responsibilities
• Cleaner, more reliable GTM systems. • Stronger trust in pipeline and reporting. • Smoother forecasting inputs and inspection rhythms. • More scalable automation across key workflows. • Clearer ownership and less friction in revenue-critical processes. • A revenue engine that feels more mature, more efficient, and easier to scale. • This role is a perfect match for you if you are/have: • A systems and process builder with strong operational instincts and enough commercial judgement to understand what matters and why. • Strong CRM and workflow design experience. • Comfortable with automation, reporting logic, and GTM tooling. • The ability to translate messy business problems into scalable processes. • Confidence working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, and operational teams. • A practical, high-agency mindset and excitement about using AI and automation to create leverage. • Obsession with data quality to be able to translate pipeline into inputs for FP&A. • Experience with sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting. • Have a track record of using AI and automation tooling to materially improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, lead routing, sales enablement, or decision-making. • Comfortable operating in modern AI-native workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Clay, Zapier, n8n, low-code tooling, etc. (tool choice matters less than mindset and adaptability).
