You understand lifecycle logic, object relationships, and what breaks when those aren’t clean. • You’ve operationalised workflows from data, not just reported on them. • SQL, advanced spreadsheet skills, enrichment tools, or experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments are a plus, but clarity of thinking and data intuition matter more.
