Requirements

• 12-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry, with 4-5 years in a core product management role. • Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products. • 0-1 thinking - demonstrated experience building and launching products. • Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate across different teams. • Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict. • Strategic problem solver who thinks about where the future is headed. • For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Responsibilities

• Build the vision for delivering payments solutions to customers that apply the XRP ledger to reduce the friction in moving money globally. • Develop and test solutions for liquidity, payments, and FX challenges by applying decentralized finance tools, including onchain liquidty pools, decentralized exchange, and stablecoins. • Create and communicate product stories and requirements to guide and align the cross-functional teams building these products. • Set and drive performance benchmarks and indicators, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
