Remote Mid NA Retail Sales Manager Monday.com Excel

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles. • Experience working within a US based company • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Monday.com http://Monday.com or any similar project management tools • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate data entry • Knowledgeable in creating basic data visualizations (charts, graphs, or tables) to summarize and present data • Familiarity with PIM and DAM System.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle multiple data entry tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. • Support and maintain existing internal tools and systems to ensure smooth operations. • Validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring high-quality information is entered into systems. • Ability to quickly turn around new item forms and promotional forms through excel or retailer portals. • Manage product-related data and ensure accurate records of product information are maintained across systems. • Coordinate with team members and all brands to gather and distribute information, ensuring alignment and clarity across departments.
